Nervous system-based training for your motherhood journey

We believe that each mother and her child are Fearfully And Wonderfully Made (Psalm 139:13-16). FAWM Wellness provides support for all phases of the motherhood journey, from preconception, to prenatal fitness training, to postpartum recovery and rehab.

Women are not small men, and just because you CAN follow a general strength and conditioning program, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s appropriate for certain seasons of your life (especially pregnancy and at least through the fourth trimester). That’s why FAWM Wellness provides individualized programming for the season you’re in.

For our preconception clients, we train with our cycle to optimize health and fertility. With prenatal clients, we train IN SEASON for birth. For postpartum moms, we train with intention to rehabilitate and return to sport or life. We honor our intuition, and respect the amazing things our bodies are capable of.

What we do

Every person and pregnancy is unique. That’s why we offer individualized programming for every season of your life. Programs are designed to match your level of fitness, and your initial consultation is free!

All of our programs fit your schedule (2, 3 or 4 days/week), with in-person and/or remote coaching.*

*All in-person training sessions will take place in Fallbrook, CA unless otherwise agreed upon by the coach and client.

I believe that movement is essential for not only physical, but mental and emotional health as well. As it relates to the Motherhood Journey, intentional training during prenatal and postpartum is so important to the health of not only mom, but baby as well.

I have coached functional fitness and group fitness classes since 2015. Knowing there was a need for a coach who specialized in training for the Motherhood Journey in my area, I obtained my BIRTHFIT Coach certificate and endorsement in October 2023.

I believe training with BIRTHFIT through my pregnancy made a huge difference in my physical preparedness and confidence in birth. I’m excited to come alongside mothers to physically, mentally and spiritually prepare you for the biggest, most transformational and rewarding event of your life!
